1. Who we are

PiercingAI (“we”, “us”) operates the piercingsai.com website and the PiercingAI iOS application. This policy covers both. Questions: support@piercingsai.com.

2. Data we collect

• Photos you upload in the app — processed solely to generate your piercing previews. They are never published or used to train models without your consent.
• Account data — if you sign in: name, email address, and profile image from your sign-in provider.
• Purchase state — subscription entitlements are managed by Apple and our subscription provider; we never see your payment card details.
• Usage analytics — anonymous, aggregated events that tell us which features are used. The website does not use advertising cookies.

3. How we use data

To generate your previews, operate your account and subscription, fix bugs, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

Photos are processed by the AI infrastructure providers we use to render previews, under contracts that restrict any other use. Account and subscription state is shared with Apple and our subscription-management provider as required to deliver the service.

5. Retention & deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time; this removes your profile and saved collections. You can also request deletion by email. Generated previews stored on your device are yours to keep or delete.

6. Children

The app and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and revise the date above. Material changes are announced in the app.
